The room was fantastic, offering everything I needed, including a balcony with hot water bottles and blankets for a cozy outdoor experience while feeding the ducks. The little extras added a perfect touch, making my getaway special. I also appreciated the spa facilities and the good regional dishes served at the restaurant.
I did encounter a minor issue with the bathroom; the loos were hard to flush, and the magnifying mirror wasn’t hanging properly.

Family stay worth it
The staff were polite and friendly, like they really cared about us.
It wasn't exactly cheap but for the quality it was still acceptable.

There were comfortable beds and an iron, a work desk and multi-channel TV inside the room. It had stunning location with access to sheep nearby. Strong drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise.

Relaxing spa vibes
The spa was the real winner, huge pool and fab saunas. Breakfast options were decent, but it took forever to get our food. Plus, being charged for tea by the pool felt a bit off. Would recommend for the spa experience!

The staff were super friendly and helpful . Loved the water and milk dispensers in the hallways, real nice touch! The pool and spa were amazin, really relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with loads of options. The location is good, easy to catch a bus to cribbs and nearby attractions.
But the bar food wasn't quite up to par n could've been better. Also had a small hiccup with the check-in process, took a lil longer than expected.

The aztec is fine. Very neat place, and the staff members were nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and we especially loved the spa facilities with a lovely pool and steam room. It's definitely worth the price for a couple looking for a cozy getaway.
the bed in our room did creak quite a bit, a bit annoying.
